Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy which utilises foods and supplements (vitamins and minerals) to encourage the body’s natural healing. The aim is to detoxify the body, correct vitamin and mineral deficiencies, restore healthy digestion and help the client to develop a positive mental attitude. Clients meet for a consultation and usually 2 follow up meetings during which symptoms and issues are discussed and solutions offered in a comfortable confidential environment.
